LOCALIZATION EFFICIENCY IN MACHINE TOOL INDUSTRY
The article considers various aspects and methodology for assessing the localization level of the production of machine-tool products and high-tech components from both a technological and economic point of view. It shows the relationship between the normalization of the localization level of the production of machine tools and products of general construction application to achieve a technical level that ensures technological independence and safety.

The article considers the main parameters during the development of post-processors, takes into account technological features during the development, gives the rationale for the cost of developing a post-processor. It illustrates the methods for increasing productivity when programming CNC machines and more fully utilizing the capabilities of a particular machine through the use of an optimal post-processor.

The article proposes a concept of proactive maintenance from SKF, which combines monitoring of equipment condition with detecting the causes of premature equipment failure, developing measures to eliminate these causes and documenting the effectiveness of implementation.

ANALYSIS OF THE ACCURACY MEASURING OF GEOMETRIC PARAMETERS OF EXTERNAL CONICAL SURFACES
The article presents the analysis of methods for measuring the geometric parameters of the outer cones with differentiated control and methods for assessing their accuracy. It determines the structure of measurement errors and the partial error components of the normalized parameters. In an analytical form, the equations of measurement errors are obtained, which make it possible to analyze the measurement results, establish the correspondence of the limiting error of the parameter measurement to the given accuracy standard, give a comparative assessment of the measuring instruments used, as well as recommendations for improving the measurement accuracy.
