FREQUENCY ANALYSIS OF THE QUASI- YIELDING PROCESSING PROCEDURE AND PROSPECTS FOR ADAPTIVE MANAGEMENT FOR SERIAL PRODUCTION OF HIGH-TECH PRODUCTS DOI: 10.22184/2499-9407.2021.24.3.58.65
It is shown that the formation of nanometer surface relief is possible with different grain size of the grinding wheel, as the proportion of fragile fracture with properly selected processing modes is minimal. The use of an acoustic signal generated during the quasi-yielding surface
treatment of minerals is considered to control the surface quality to be treated and processed.

The concept of domestic modular machine tool industry based on the case parts decomposition of the equipment is presented. Considered is the possibility of applying the reinforced composite materials with a metal, polymer or ceramic matrix to manufacture the parts and structures.

The article considers various special positions (singularities) of parallel structure mechanisms
with linear motors and special (singular) position when the center of output link is shifted
relatively to the initial configuration. A comparison of twists and reciprocal screws corresponding to different special positions (singularities) is carried out.
