The paper is devoted to consideration of measurement problems of technological development that arise in modern economic science, which has difficulties in considering the manufacturability of economic systems, determining the, technological development level caused by complexity of aggregating this level and technical limitations of comparative analysis, if measured for each individual direction or object.

Final Polishing of the Diamond Plate in the Developed Mechanical Holder with Polishing Quality Control by Scanning Probe Microscopes DOI: 10.22184/2499-9407.2024.36.3.34.39
A mechanical holder for polishing thin diamond plates has been developed, and determination of the smallest surface roughness of diamond plates at manual mechanical finishing polishing with imitation of quasi-plasticity mode has been carried out. Possibility of using SMM 2000 microscope in express analysis during polishing process development has been confirmed.

Influence of Pulse Current Modes on Ultrafine-Grained Titanium Mechanical Tensile Behavior DOI: 10.22184/2499-9407.2024.36.3.40.46
Influence of pulse duration and pulse current density on deformation behavior and mechanical properties in tension of ultrafine-grained technically pure Grade 4 titanium is presented. The pulse current modes, which contribute to increase of tensile ductility without changing the microstructure of considered material have been studied. The minimum pulse duration necessary for the manifestation of the electroplastic effect is shown.

The paper describes information and technological principles and methodology multitier basic technology system design, used top-down and bottom-up methods designing “analysis-synthesis” of construction-technological information. Application of the method of synthesis for solving enumeration technically possible integrable transitions, and set the position on professional PCs with proper table-filling technology matrix of average skill enable optimal for the existing production group process of machining precision turned parts simple and complex shapes. The system allows you to formalize the decision-making process at the optimal level for the synthesis of group tool adjustments, selection of a unified tool model and cutting modes with a real forecast of cutter life. The advantages of the proposed approach compared to traditional ones are a significant increase in the quality of the developed group technology and a sharp reduction in the time required for technological preparation of modern high-tech precision production.

A method has been developed for calculating a united installation angle of the grinding wheel axis for processing both side surfaces of the hob teeth. The parameters of the technological effectiveness of the relieving process have been refined, excluding the cutting of the ground surfaces of the teeth during processing.

A description of methodology for using the phasochronometric approach relating to the transmission elements of helicopter equipment is proposed, as well as the main elements of the software for processing and analyzing the received measurement information are described.
